Broiled Figs
8-10 fresh figs, sliced lengthwise
3-4 oz. gorganzola cheese
pepper to taste
honey to drizzle
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Place the sliced figs on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle the gorganzola cheese on top. Broil in the middle rack of the oven for 2-3 minutes long enough for the gorganzola to turn golden. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey.
