Born in Naples, Italy and raised in Tunis,Tunisia, my love for cooking and a desire to share my culture have been two of my lifelong passions. I began to learn how to enjoy diverse and eclectic dishes at an early age. I have also been fortunate to travel and live in varied cultural environments. I am a cooking instructor and personal chef specializing in southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the Washington Metropolitan Area. My recipes are rustic, simple and vibrant in taste.
