1 large fresh mozzarella ball
2 large tomatoes, sliced
4 slices very thin slices mortadella
4 slices very thin slices prosciutto
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
pinch cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
pinch kosher salt
Directions:
1. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes first.
2. On a serving platter, place a slice of tomato, overlap with a slice of mozzarella, then with a slice of cold cut. Continue this process until you have used up all of the ingredients. Alternate cold cuts.
3. Drizzle some olive oil, pepper, oregano and salt.
This is an easy salad to prepare for your guest or family. Better yet, make it for yourself!
