Fresh Almond Milk
1 – 1 ½ cups of blanched almonds, whole
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
4 cups cold dairy or soy milk
½ - 1 tbsp. orange flower water
Directions:
1. Add the sugars and blanched almonds in a blender and process until it becomes a fine powder.
2. Add the milk and orange flower water and blend on high speed to mix well. Serve immediately or chill in a pitcher for later use. Be sure to mix or shake the almond milk before serving.
