Small Bites Big Greek Flavors (LIVE) – June 11, 2026, 6-8pm

Greece is the cradle of civilization and the land of the Gods of Olympus. Greek cuisine reflects centuries-old traditions and showcase ingredients that have been staples in Greek kitchens for generations. Led by Chef Alba, a passionate expert in Mediterranean cuisine, you'll discover how to prepare these delicious Greek dishes. Menu: Spinach Feta Sausage Meatballs, Greek Salad Kebabs drizzled with Ladolemono Dressing, Crispiest Greek Lemon Potatoes, and for dessert Greek Yogurt with Warm fragrant Apricot and Cinnamon.

Fragrant Napolitan Lemon Dishes (Live) – July 9, 2026, 6-8pm

Neapolitan cuisine, a universe of flavors, colors and traditions intertwines in a mosaic of culinary pleasures. It’s a passionate city,  where each dish tells a story, each ingredient is a brushstroke on a picture of taste and culture. Naples, the birthplace of Chef Alba, is a stunning city on the Azure Mediterranean Sea, with spectacular views of Lemon trees. Join Chef Alba and let’s prepare delicious dishes using fresh lemons. Menu: Ricotta Crostini with Olives Lemon and Mint, Roasted Chicken with lemons and Whole Garlics, Zucchini Crumble with Golden Breadcrumbs and Lemon.

Modern Moroccan Cuisine (live) Date: August 6,  2026, 6-8pm

Moroccan cuisine is rich in spices, reflecting centuries of trade and cultural exchange in North Africa. Spices are used to enhance, not mask, the flavor of food. The aroma of spices and the vibrant colors make cooking Moroccan-style food a true feast for the senses. Chef Alba, renowned for her expertise in North African flavors, will guide us through each dish. Menu: Creamy Hummus Platter with Vegetables, Fragrant Chicken Tagine with Almonds and Apricots, and Lemon Couscous with Toasted Pistachios.

Sunny Taste of  Seville Spain – (live) Sept 10, 2026, 6-8pm

Seville is in the community of Andalusia , Spain,  known for its hot climate,  stunning Moorish architecture, and its intense passion for flamenco. Over the centuries, the cuisine of Spain has been influenced by many cultures such as the Phoenicians, the Romans, and the Moors. The food is full of flavor and charisma. Don’t miss cooking these Seville dishes with Chef Alba. Menu:  Refreshing Salmorejo Cold Soup,  Spanish Garlic Chicken (Pollo al ajillo), and Aromatic Spanish Rice with Veggies and Spices.

Sauce for Perfect Fall Pasta (virtual Zoom) Sept 17, 2026, 6-8pm

Enjoying a good plate of pasta is really one of the greatest pleasures of life, at least in Italy. By following a few simple tips, you will no longer need to buy sauces in a jar, you can rely on making your own home-prepared fresh sauces. Expose your senses and learn to prepare quick and rustic flavored sauces  with Chef Alba. Menu: Pasta alle Erbe e Olive Verde, Pasta Garlic Spinach and Pancetta, Pasta Panna Prosciutto e Limone.

Flavors of Mesmerizing Island of Sicily – (Live) Oct 8, 2026, 6-8pm

The cuisine of Sicily has modest and flavorsome dishes prepared by mothers and grandmothers who hand down recipes that we continue to prepare even today. The kitchen revolves around the family universe, a place for traditional recipes, dialectal conversations, and the sharing of memories. Join chef Alba as we prepare these dishes. Menu: Chicken in Crispy Prosciutto and Oranges, Bell Peppers in Capers and Crispy Breadcrumbs, Cauliflower in Garlic Golden Raisins and Almonds.

Delightful Dishes of Island of Santorini – (live) Nov 5,2026, 6-8pm

Santorini's cuisine is a celebration of freshness and simplicity, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and recipes passed down over time. Exploring the gastronomy of Santorini is an unforgettable culinary journey that will allow you to discover the unique flavors and gastronomic traditions of this beautiful island in the Aegean Sea. Chef Alba is delighted to share these recipes. Menu: Greek Hummus with Feta Cucumber and Olives, Orzo with Lemon and Herbs, Grilled Salmon and Veggie Kebabs with Greek Yogurt Sauce, and homemade Greek Spice Blend.

  5. I highly recommend Chef Alba's on-line cooking classes, a learner's dream. By cooking along, if you choose, you see her cook, hear her commentary, get answers to your questions as you cook, and taste the delicious food you have prepared with her guidance. Treat yourself to a class and you will be hooked!

  8. Chef Alba is a fabulous instructor with a great personality. Her on-line virtual classes are well thought out and offer a variety of dishes. Recipes are emailed in advance so you can grocery shop and have food prepped before class enabling you to cook along with Alba. Virtual classes are terrific but when the opportunity comes back to take an actual Chef Alba class in person, sign up immediately. You will not be disappointed!
