ReplyDeleteGreat cook but more importantly a great instructor. Virtual classes are fun and educational. And Chef Alba takes the time to also comment and answer questions as you cook along with her.
ReplyDeleteChef Alba is a fabulous instructor with a great personality. Her on-line virtual classes are well thought out and offer a variety of dishes. Recipes are emailed in advance so you can grocery shop and have food prepped before class enabling you to cook along with Alba. Virtual classes are terrific but when the opportunity comes back to take an actual Chef Alba class in person, sign up immediately. You will not be disappointed!
