Thick Italian Hot Chocolate for Two
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 cups milk
1. Mix well the cocoa, sugar and cornstarch.
2. Add 1/2 cup milk to a medium saucepan and set over low heat. Whisk in the cocoa mixture until thoroughly incorporated and no lumps remain. Then add the rest of the milk.
3. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-low heat, about ten minutes until the mixture is thickened. It’s chocolaty Delicious!!!
